Introducing our new virtual assistant, Ask Andi

We have been listening to feedback from our patients and reviewed the ways in which our patients are able to contact us.

We know that long wait times on our support phone line are frustrating and have introduced a new online support assistant to provide quick responses to non-clinical questions.

If your query cannot be resolved by our virtual assistant, it will be escalated to our live webchat during opening hours (Mon to Fri, 8am to 6pm) to speak to a member of our customer service or other team as appropriate.

We will be monitoring this new service closely over the next few weeks, so please leave your feedback through the survey provided at the end of the chat.
